Stagnation

I was busy during the past week, not that I didn't have time to follow the program, I didn't want to. I was off Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Back on Monday, I didn't lose anything, still I didn't gain which was very good news since I can pick up where I left off. Time wasted though, I could have lost at least a pound in those days. determination is back. I want to be healthy, I want to feel good.
A dinner party will bring a lot together, I am determined to wear a dress I wore when I was thinner. this will keep me on the program till the party. All healthy food, I will skip one shake and eat more comfortably with my friends 250 calories more. Pictures will be posted as soon as I hit a certain mile stone:) always have a smaller target weight and set one every time your reach the first. share your story and struggle:)

Just another day at temptation:( I decided to see a few friends and the spot of choice "Panera". A healthier choice yet still, adds calories. armed with my program I was able to have a full lunch. salad and soup and  a dessert. the dessert I shared since it has close to 500 calorie. now I will have my shake at dinner.
however, I thought about all the people that went into Panera the ones that are spending $15 a day to eat a healthy lunch with their coworker. that is close to $300 a month wow. looking at panera's menu I discovered that I have accumulated a 750 calories. just for lunch and it didn't even sustain me till the afternoon. How and when did we become a society that a healthy meal = 750. that is more than half of your daily calorie intake. why I believe that my program is working is I still have 500 calories to take and that = a shake in the morning and one at night. still I felt like one of the thin girls that can eat anything without counting calories. when you are struggling with weight you need to realize you have to struggle, but you have a womenly curves, those curves what other pay to add. still you need to spend a little less to maintain those curves in a womenly feel. good luck to all, down three pounds with eating at panera twice this week. go my program.

The easy pounds

I want this to work, I feel like an actress losing weight for a part. I need to lose weight to sell this product. I didn't want to start because 1. I didn't have the money. 2. I was afraid of disappointment. However, finally I came up with the money and I started. So far after a solid week I am losing weight. not yet noticeable weight but i like it. Now I hope that it would be noticeable before my next social event.

first day

January 2011, I had a big birthday party bash, cost me tons of money. After the party I noticed that I did not take one picture of myself. Why you may ask, because I hated my photos, the only pictures I have of the party is the food.
